Newtons Law of Gravity

Newtons Law of Gravity (created by Sir Isaac Newton) is defined as "the atractive forces between all objects that possess mass". Gravity is only one of the fundamental forces of physics that helps us better understand the world around us. Newton began thinking about "Gravity" when he saw and apple fall from a tree. He wondered if the force acting on the apple was the same force acting upon the moon. Newton eventually concluded that the force acting upon the apple was the same force acting upon the moon. He named this force Gravitation, from the latin word 'Gravit' which translates to "heaviness" or "weight".
